It all started with a single plant I purchased a couple years ago. I started researching how to keep my new friend alive. More plants were added to my collection. I found a bunch of small plant shops in my area, and I found a local plant store which carried terrariums. I made my first terrarium from scratch with logs, moss and helpful rolly-polly bugs. My terrariums became bigger, my plant collection grew larger, and I began to think about adding reptiles to the terrariums.
Now I have several hundred plants, some large terrariums with water features. My house looks like a small jungle. I have tree frogs, small snakes and lizards.
I’ve learned a lot of information along the way. I want to share my successes, and failures, with other people who share an interest in plants, small reptiles and terrariums.
